Number 5 Best/Worst places to visit

Coming in at the fifth best place to visit in the U.S. is San Francisco, CA. Often described as Los Angeles' more refined northern cousin, cool and compact San Francisco combines the big city buzz and melds it with a sense of small-town charm. Some touristy areas to visit include Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Bride, and Alcatraz(pictured below).

The fifth worst place in the U.S. according to Gadling.com is Salt Lake City, Utah. This comes in at number 5 mostly because the local culture is not too supportive of those who like to imbibe. A few years ago a law was made that limited the number of bars on each city block to two. Also, not as many things to see in Utah is another reason Salt Lake City doesn't top many travel bucket lists.
